All our merchandise is either stocked in house or obtained from our distributors within 7 days.  Most orders leave our facility 3-7 days after they are placed but many items can ship the same or next day.  From that point there are several shipping options at checkout to choose from.  Please remember that our standard processing time frames (1-7 days)  do still occur.  If you need your order tomorrow we may not be the store for you.  Keep this in mind when ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  If we do not have the merchandise you will receive a refund if the merchandise does not ship within 20 days.

Backordered Items:  With the quantity and selection of products we carry, backordered are inevitable and are generally without notice.  We pull from  a stock shared by several distributors so we are not aware of stock levels unless the product is in our facility when you order.  Just because the item is listed on the site does not guarantee that is available.  However, in most cases the items ordered are in stock.  We do our best to update the site once we are aware of backorders.  If items in your order are not available they will be removed from the order and the remainder will be shipped.  You will not be charged for items that have not shipped or will be refunded.  We may attempt to contact you to see if you would like to replace out of stock items.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless the entire order is unavailable.  We will contact you if this occurs.

Carriers:  We generally ship with the USPS.  These options will be displayed at checkout.  However, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent service with UPS or FEDEX. 

International Orders:  Yes, we ship to your country.  However, due to fraud we may contact you after your order is placed for order verification.  This may entail you faxing a copy of the credit card used or calling our offices for verification.  If we request this please contact us promptly so that we can process your order.  You are responsible for any customs taxes incurred.  Refused orders will not be refunded so be sure to pay whatever duties are required at customs if contacted.  We use USPS for most shipments.  We are not responsible for goods that cannot be accepted into your country.  For example if you cannot accept goods made in a specific country and they are returned to us, we can only issue a store credit for them and we cannot refund shipping costs.  Keep this in mind if you know your country has restrictions.

Payment Methods:  We accept Credit Cards (MC/VISA, AMEX and Discover), Paypal or Google Checkout.  Credit card charge will appear via the corporate name THATSMYSHIRT.COM.
