If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please contact us right away.  We stand behind all of our products.  We will arrange to replace the product if possible.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization Code for your return.  Upon receipt we will get you the proper product. 

In order to keep our prices as low as they are we do not issue refunds.  We can issue a store credit.  Many of the products on our site are stock photos and occasionally the product looks different from the actual photo.  This could include color variations, print, dates, artwork design etc.  This is rare but it does occur so keep this in mind when ordering.  If you are making an exchange you must send a $5 money order or send the funds to our paypal account and we will ship a different size or item if available.  Please contact us first.  If this is not sent with your return we will simply subtract $5 from the price of the credit we issue.  We model our site to target wholesale type buyers in order to keep our pricing down for everyone.  We understand that this policy does not fit all consumers needs however this is how we model our site and pricing structure.  All sales are final so if you have any merchandise question please contact us before ordering.  We only issue refunds if the items you order are unavailable.  This is rare but can happen.
